Services
Four connected offerings that take a finance function from “we think the numbers are right” to “we know, and we know what they mean.” Take one, or take the path end to end.
01 — Consulting
Automate the accounting. Find the profit.
We start where your process actually is. Over a structured review we map every step from source document to financial statement, quantify the effort each one consumes, and identify what technology can take off your team's plate.
The second half of the work is commercial. The same data that runs the ledger tells you which products, customers, channels and contracts genuinely make money — and which are quietly funded by the rest. We surface it, and we tell you what to do about it.
What you get
- A documented current-state process map with the effort and risk at each step
- A prioritised automation roadmap — what to fix now, next and later
- Profitability analysis by product, customer, channel or entity
- Recommendations on close calendar, controls and segregation of duties
- A costed business case for the changes we propose, so you can decide on numbers
Typically right for
Businesses that have outgrown their original process, are preparing for scale, funding or audit, or simply cannot explain why the close takes as long as it does.
What you get
- Requirements gathering and a vendor-neutral platform evaluation
- A chart of accounts designed for reporting, not just for posting
- Configuration: entities, dimensions, tax, approval workflows, user roles
- Opening balances and historical data migrated and reconciled
- Integrations with billing, payroll, expenses, banking, CRM and inventory
- Parallel run, user training and documented handover
Typically right for
Teams moving off spreadsheets or a legacy package, consolidating multiple entities, or living with an implementation that was never finished properly.
02 — Accounting software services
The right platform, implemented properly.
There is no single best accounting system — only the one that fits your transaction volumes, entity structure, compliance obligations and the way your business is going to look in three years. We evaluate the options against your requirements and give you a recommendation with the trade-offs written down.
Then we implement it. Chart of accounts, dimensions, opening balances, approval workflows, user roles and the integrations that connect accounting to the rest of your stack — through to parallel run, training and handover. Most implementations disappoint because they stop at go-live; ours are judged on the first clean close afterwards.
03 — Accounting operations outsourcing
You grow the business. We keep the books.
Business leaders should not spend their week thinking about GL entries. We take on the accounting operation as a managed service — day-to-day transaction processing, reconciliations, sub-ledger control, month-end close, and the trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet that come out of it.
You get a named team, an agreed close calendar and a reporting pack that lands on time, every period. Because the same firm designed and implemented the system, there is no gap between how the process was meant to work and how it is actually run.
What we run
- Accounts payable and receivable, expenses and employee claims
- Bank, credit card and inter-company reconciliations
- Fixed assets, accruals, prepayments and journal entries
- Month-end close against an agreed calendar and checklist
- Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
- Schedules and working papers for your auditors and advisors
Typically right for
Founders and CFOs carrying accounting work themselves, teams stretched by growth, or organisations that want continuity rather than dependence on one or two individuals.

04 — AI CFO
Ask a question. Get the answer.
AI CFO is our analytics layer for finance leaders. Ask in plain language — “what drove the variance in operating costs?”, “how does this quarter's margin compare with last year?”, “where is cash going?” — and get a direct answer with the underlying numbers behind it.
Alongside it sit dashboards built for a CFO's morning: cash, revenue, margin, working capital and close status on one summary view. No hunting through report menus, no exporting to a spreadsheet to answer a question that the ledger could have answered directly.
It works because of everything else we do. Clean data, a well-designed chart of accounts and integrated systems are what make natural-language answers trustworthy rather than merely fast.

Not sure which one you need?
Most conversations start with a problem, not a service. Tell us what is not working and we will point you to the right starting point — even if it is not with us.
