Narayanan leads the consulting and accounting operations practice. The focus is on how finance functions actually run day to day — the close calendar, the controls, the reconciliations and the reporting discipline that decide whether a set of numbers can be relied on.
Client work centres on process assessment, profitability analysis and standing up managed accounting operations that leadership teams can stop worrying about.

Shobana leads accounting software services and the AI CFO practice — platform selection, implementation, integration, and the analytics layer that turns a clean ledger into answers on demand.
The work spans chart of accounts design, data migration and system integration, through to the dashboards and natural-language analytics that give finance leaders a summary view of the business.
